Vehicle “Crash Data Recorder” Downloads Below is a link, of the current CDR Vehicle List by year of vehicles that have the ability of being downloaded.   By looking at the appropriate cable in that year listing and scrolling down to the bottom of the page you will find the data that is available for that specific vehicle. The Crash Data Retrieval System is capable of downloading both pre-impact and post-impact data from certain General Motors vehicles. General Motors first allowed their vehicles to be commercially downloaded in 2000. Ford Motor Company is presently allowing certain vehicles to be commercially downloaded, however, the Ford vehicles do not include pre-crash data. For larger image, click on the graph
